We went last night for our first workout. We warmed up on the elliptical and then headed over to the 30-​minute circuit area. There are 10 steps and 10 weight machines — you alternate between each one for a minute on each with a 30 second resting period between each one. There is a red light/​green light system so you know when to switch and they give you different types of things to do on the steps to mix it up.

There are a ton!!! of cardio machines including ellipticals, treadmills, and bikes you will never have to fight for one and there is NO time limit which is awesome. They have free weights going up to 70lbs, waaaay heavy enough for me, but not if you’re a power lifter and they have no squat racks.

The huge overhead fan is nice, but everyone wants a machine beneath it, which inevitably leads to those machines being a bit overused and louder/​more worn than those falling outside of the giant fan’s reach.
